From time to time, we may need to change these Ts&Cs, so please check for the most up to date version every time you visit our website.
In the event that an Ageless Faces Pty Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Ageless Faces Pty Ltd, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Ageless Faces Pty Ltd, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Ageless Faces Pty Ltd, shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including an Ageless Faces Ltd Pty, or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the site or use the site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.
Our products are for use in and around the home by consumers and are not intended for commercial use or resale. If you plan on using our products for business purposes, we won’t accept any liability for the products not being fit for business use or for any loss over and above the cost of the products. You may only purchase products from our site if you are at least 18 years old.
Ageless Faces Pty Ltd does require a skin assessment form filled out by each purchaser as we provide medical grade skincare. In certain cases patients the targeted product skincare line needs to be prescribed of how and when to use.
Products might be active at first to new users and will make the skin feel sensitive but the products have to be introduced starting twice weekly then gradually adding in extra days till the skin is comfortable. If any concerns or confusion please mail: email@example.com
Call in your order
If you prefer, you have the option of calling us and one of our Customer support team will be pleased to place your order for you. If it is the first time you have placed an order with us, we will ask you for your name, address, contact number and email address details (if applicable). When we have taken the details of the products you wish to purchase, we will explain the relevant delivery options available and how much each one costs. After taking payment, we will give you an order number (which will also be emailed to you if your email address is registered with us).
How to pay and our prices
To make payment as easy as possible, we accept many methods of payment.
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques as a method of payment.
As we are based in South Africa, all our prices are in Rands. VAT will be included in the pricing and your courier fees will be added at the end of your order.
We reserve the right to decline any purchase if we have concerns about the payment method being used to make it.
Our Delivery Terms
Delivery charge free after R950
We will do our very best to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, some of our products are sourced directly from the supplier and imported, so they may take a little longer to be delivered.
Standard deliveries are subject to a charge of R80.00. We will do our very best to deliver these direct to your door within the time frame specified. Delivery to a room of your choice is not available on our standard delivery option.
Heavy items and out of town orders are subject to a charge of R100.00. If you choose to order sizable products or a large number of products from us (what we would call bulk orders) we reserve the right to increase the delivery charge. We will ensure this increase is reasonable and reflects the additional delivery costs that we incur as a result of your order. We will contact you in advance of your order being despatched to notify you of this increased delivery charge and you will be entitled to cancel your order at this point.
Unless the products you are ordering are marked home delivery only, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time/day. They will also confirm the approximate timeframe in which delivery will be made by phone or by text on the delivery day itself. Delivery of these products can be made to any ground floor room of your choice on the provision that the delivery driver does not feel there are any health and safety issues or risk of damage to your property.
If nobody is at home when the driver calls, we will try to leave your item with a neighbour or in a safe place. Our delivery partner will leave you a card to advise you of this or, if delivery has not been possible, details on how to rearrange your delivery. If we are likely to encounter problems in delivering to your house, please let us know when you place your order. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. Where we fail to deliver, or delivery is delayed, we will not be liable for any losses that are not reasonable or proportionate. We will not be liable for any trade or business losses.
Our delivery partners will deliver to the front door regardless of what floor you live on if in a block of flats, however Health & Safety regulations will overrule this if it is deemed un-safe for the driver to carry items when a lift is not available or out of service. In addition to this if you live in a block of flats that require access via an intercom system and you are not available a calling card will be left at the address, but the driver may not leave the physical parcel due to possible security risk.
Courier: This is a door-to-door service. Once the order reaches us, we scan and package the item/s. From there it will be on its way to the address provided. Details on tracking and timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.
Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days from receiving your products. We’ll exchange it or refund you. Please call or mail us to arrange the process firstname.lastname@example.org
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products and if the item/s returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to you sealed/unopened.
Should any of the products received appear damaged please take a picture and notify us immediately. Products with defect once in use or opened report with immediate effect .
Refunds take 5-7 working days to be credited to your payment card account, depending on your card provider. If you’re returning the products, all that we ask is that you take reasonable care of them while they are in your possession.
Nothing in these Ts&C’s excludes or limits your legal rights (also referred to as your statutory rights).
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

If you are a signed on customer, we may send you marketing communications about our products and services. You may opt out of receiving communications from us at any time by unsubscribing from our mailing list using the unsubscribe option.
AgelessPoints - Loyalty Points
You can only start earning points once you are a fully registered member on the Ageless Faces Pty Ltd Online site. You can start earning points as you purchase.
AgelesPoints cannot be exchanged for Cash. AgelessPoints expire within 120 days from the date of earning them. AgelessPoints cannot be part of a cash refund if you return a product when your used your points purchasing the products. Only the balance will be paid out to the customer. We advise you use your points regularly as AgelessPoints can expire and NO more than R400 worth of points can be spent per order. AgelessPoints can also Not be transferred to another member on the AgelessOnline site. AgelessPoints will be handled by the Management of Ageless Faces Pty Ltd and their discretion shall be used for any complicated matters.
