Dermaroller (CIT) Collagen Induction Therapy

The dermaroller concept is based on two main functions:

• Increased penetration of active products into the skin
• Stimulating the body’s own production of collagen

The roller helps to do the above by the use of a roller with extremely fine needles ranging from O.5mm – 1.5mm (192 fine needles). A numbing cream is applied to the treated are before the rolling technique. The more advance rollers 1mm and up should be done by a medically trained person. The reason being for the correct sterile technique to prevent infection or damage.
The following can be treated: premature ageing, wrinkles, scaring, stretch marks, sun damage and maintaining a youthful skin.
